Fundraisers

New and old fundraiser ideas are always circulating for the best financial results! If you have any fundraiser suggestions or would like to be on the committee, send an email to secretary@baltimorecounty4hfair.com

March: Savers Fundraiser: Clothing, shoes, hats, linens, books, kitchen items such as cups, plates, bowls etc. have been donated for the 2023 spring clothing drive. $580 was raised!

June: Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser: Grab your friends and family and go out to eat on June 7th at the Texas Roadhouse in Hunt Valley! There will be a bake sale table available to sell items at, so bake your favorite cookies and wrap 3 in a bundle to sell for $1! $380 was raised!

Fair: Picnic Supper: The Picnic supper is held every year at the Fair on the Thursday from 6-7pm at the Cow Palace. Advance tickets are $18 Adult and $5 Youth. At the door prices are $20 Adult and $6 Youth. Advance tickets can be purchased up until 48 hours prior to the meal! Meal to include - Adult - pulled pork, roasted chicken, coleslaw, baked beans, drink, and dessert. Youth meal - Hot dog, bag of chips, drink and dessert. Email: vicepresident@baltimorecounty4hfair.com for tickets!

Fair: Cake Auction: The Cake Auction is held annually following the Picnic supper. This auction spotlights all of the cake submissions at the fair! Youth are able to display their cakes on stage while the audience bids on their favorite cake (or favorite 4Her's cake). Bid first, bid often and bid last! This is a huge fundraiser for our fair! Fair: Cornhole Tournament: The 2023 cornhole tournament will be the first of its kind! Teams can pay in advance or pay at the door to participate!
