Sponsor the Fair! (Tax Benefits)

As a 501.C.3. nonprofit, the Baltimore County 4H Fair operates solely on grants, private donations and corporate sponsorships. There are multiple monetary opportunities to support the Fair. Whether you can offer $50 or your business can donate $5,000, we are grateful for all of our generous sponsors.

There are multiple tiers of sponsorships available, each tier will provide a new incentive to donate. For example, some tiers provide free supper tickets, some offer full page ads in the catalog, others provide your business logo on the t-shirts given out to all of the 4Hers at the fair. There are extensive financial responsibilities when organizing a fair, from insurance to security and everything in between, we strive to offer the best fair experience for everyone involved! We also offer advertising in our fair catalog! This is a hard-copy book of the classes and contests, putting the fair schedule of events at everyone's fingertips. Fair catalogues will be circulated the weeks before the fair as an advertisement for all of the events that we host during the annual summer event.
